Is there a minimum or maximum amount of emails I can send?
Not at all, we work with a variety of customers with small and large databases.

We have purchased an email list, can we use it?
Inbox only distributes to permission-based email addresses– please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements in more detail.

What email address will appear in our customers' mailbox?
When you create a campaign you can specify the 'from' and 'reply to' addresses, which can also be different.

How do we supply our data?
You can store your data in an Excel spreadsheet. If this forms part of a database with multiple columns containing content then don’t worry – we can identify the email address column.

Can we include links in our e-shot?
Yes you can include links as text, images or as links to generate a response email automatically.

Can we include videos?
Yes, provided they are hosted on a video hosting site such as YouTube or Vimeo.

Do I receive a report?
Yes you do, we provide a variety of reports upon distribution of your email campaign.

Do your emails look the same on every machine?
We ensure emails are compliant with most standard email clients and client settings, and we also include a link to a ‘Web Version’ in every email we send out which guarantees that each and every recipient can view the message exactly as intended.
